Gtrak3 CRM Software

Gtrak already holds customer details, order information and customer price lists; JoTiKa propose to integrate all this information into a single CRM screen. Contacts, sales conversations and complaints would be recorded and attached to customer records for reference and non editable price lists and order details will be accessible via a simple interface. Conversations and files also be attached to a particular order.

 

The Gtrak3 CRM system now includes the ability to attach conversations and files to an individual order aswell as a customer record.

For customers using a document managment system, there is now an option to locate scanned files on the system that are associated with an order.
