Product Description:

Each individual glass component of a complete product can be individually designed with a unique shape and processing details. Users can apply holes, radius corners, cut-outs, notches and edgework to any glass item using the software’s simple editing tools. Any type of edge processing can be applied to an individual or all edges and adjustments at cutting can be applied depending on edgework and machine.

A new feature is to support the application/positioning of stamps/markings on glass. The position can be exported to marking machinery and printed on labels and production paperwork for operator reference.

Once the design has been created technical drawings can be produced for customer proof, production reference or supplier purchase order.

Gtrak 3 ERP’s CAD software is also compatible with the majority of cutting machinery, meaning shape cutting and shape sealing are easily supported. Multi-layer DXF files can be exported for each glass leaf for use with third party CNC / Waterjet programming. Direct integration with supported CNC machines is also available, which dramatically reduces programming time.
