What is Delivery Management
Gtrak not only makes the job of organising deliveries less labour intensive, it also provides the tools to help managers make better decisions for delivery route planning.
Gtrak includes a full set of tools to efficiently plan your deliveries, allowing you to dynamically allocate orders to vehicles, taking into account load limits and other factors. It provides detailed planning reports and automatically generates loading lists for each vehicle.
It even allows you to allocate order items to particular stillages for delivery. Stillage contents can be printed from your PC or viewed on a tablet or mobile device. Stillage management is also available to book out stillages to customers and to monitor returns.
The Gtrak GlassAPP allows you to work more effectively in dispatch using your mobile device, including accessing dispatch reports, scanning barcodes on items for loading and checking the location of missing items.
Links to Google Maps and Bing Maps are standard. Integration with external Electronic Proof of Delivery and Vehicle Tracking systems is also available.
