The production manager operates in real time using barcode tracking and handheld devices, so users can quickly establish order progress, current and spare capacity. Workloads are assigned and start dates are determined based on the technical information provided at order input. Production overviews and a more detailed drill down of work centre and specific order progress view of the orders currently in production is also available allowing users to investigate potential bottlenecks, meaning small production problems can be identified earlier, avoiding costly downtime.
Internal rejects can be logged and viewed in work-to lists and be reported retrospectively to monitor problem areas and true production waste. Production and despatch views within the software aid planning and provide users with up to the minute component or finished goods locations.
Gtrak 3 ERP’s dashboard reporting can be set up to allow management to visualise data, both current and retrospective. The dashboard is able to monitor and report on staff performance, individual work station output and machine downtime. By visualising your data in this way you can maximise the productivity of your staff, like no other business resource can.
